An arrest warrant is an order of the
court directing any duly authorized law enforcement official
to arrest the person named in the warrant for the offense
charged (in this case the offense of Deposit Account Fraud).
The accused will be arrested and, in most instances, allowed
to post bond to secure the accused's appearance at trial.
